Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items

- Software, downloadable products, or digital content.

Return Process

Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the return authorization number (provided by our team) on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above. Once the original item is returned, we will process a new order for the exchange item.
Damaged or Defective Products
