1. Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty applies only to products sold via our platform (www.fendskart.com) and is valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Warranty coverage is based on the manufacturer’s terms and may vary from product to product.
  • Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects only (hardware issues, non-functional components, etc.).

2. Warranty Duration

  • The warranty duration is as per the manufacturer’s policy unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • Start date of warranty: From the date of delivery/invoice issued by Fendskart.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, water damage, burns, cracks, or product misuse.
  • Issues due to unauthorized repairs, modifications, or accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Consumable parts such as batteries, cables, or accessories unless covered under OEM warranty.
  • Software issues, including OS corruption or third-party app malfunctions.

4. Service & Support

  • Fendskart is a reseller, not the original manufacturer. All warranty claims are subject to verification and acceptance by the original brand/manufacturer.
  • Service or repair under warranty will be provided at authorized service centers of the brand.

5. Claim Procedure

For any warranty claim, please provide:

  • Original Invoice (Digital Copy accepted).
  • Product Serial/IMEI number.
  • Photos/videos showing the issue (if applicable).

Submit claims through support@fendskart.com or visit the manufacturer’s service centre directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Fendskart shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including data loss, time loss, or damages resulting from product malfunction.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to replacement, repair, or refund (as applicable and per policy).

7. Return to Seller (if applicable)

  • In cases where Fendskart provides replacement warranty (e.g. 7-day/10-day seller warranty), the defective product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Once the return is validated, a replacement or refund will be processed as per Fendskart return policy.

8. Modifications

  • Fendskart reserves the right to update or modify the warranty terms without prior notice. Please review the terms periodically.
